Don's warm, smooth vocal style is complemented by his finger-style, & soft jazz guitar work. His music adds the missing ingredient to any venue. His music has reflections of James Taylor, and Michael Franks, with instrumental inspirations from Earl Klugh, and Chet Atkins.
Don's style veers towards classic soft rock (Eagles & Clapton) with a touch of jazz tossed in. He often includes intricate acoustic pieces (Acoustic Alchemey & Earl Klugh) along with the nostalgia of the 60s and 70s (Bread, Beatles, & Elton) at times playing rhythmic-fusion selections (Lee Ritenour & Sypro Gyra). Even performing renditions by notable female artists (Allison Krause, Chaka Kahn, Stevie Nicks) rearranged and presented with dexterity and compelling delivery. Using synthesizers & hi-end sound systems, backing tracks are added to the live vocal and guitar mix. The result, an amazingly real live band sound that is seldom achieved by solo artists.
It all comes together in a multi-faceted mosaic and soundscape that warms the heart and eases the mind.

WEDDING PACKAGES - CEREMONIES AND RECEPTIONS.
We provide a convenient, affordable option for small-to-midsize weddings and residence-hosted venues.
CEREMONIES: Don performs traditional and non-traditional live music (guitar/vocals) for ceremonies. He also uses pre-recorded processional/recessional music (played through our high-quality sound system) to recreate the sounds of violin quartet or full symphony. Music is performed as guests arrive and are seated. Requested songs are played as the ceremony begins. Processional/recessional music is played at appropriate moments in the ceremony. All music coordinated with the officiant or clergy.
RECEPTIONS: after the ceremony Don performs for cocktail and dinner receptions. Music can range from ambient background music or party/dance music with DJ/Karaoke services.
